Well done and thank you to the Garden Club and Miss Dowling for all their hard work last term (and throughout 2009/2010). The Garden Club members: Georgina Gisby,Chloe Harper, Aimee Bradd, Selena May, Charley Griffin, Laurel Harris and Leah Mann.
We were fortunate enough to receive four awards this year:
Silver Award for Best School Allotment Garden category
Silver Award for Best School Container category
Silver Award for Best School Wildlife Garden category
Silver Gilt Award Schools and Young People (incorporating Environmental Garden category)
Aimee, Chloe, Laurel and Charley attended the awards evening on Friday 17th September and collected the awards. Each school was also given an indoor watering can and a selection of seeds.
Next year we're going for Gold!!!!
